Your stock is managed through a self-service shop portal, accessible by logging in with your shop manager account. From there you can add beers, update prices, descriptions and photos, and set stock quantities. When a customer places an order, stock levels update automatically — so if you have 5 cans listed and 2 are ordered, it drops to 3 without you needing to do anything. You can override any quantity manually at any time, and setting a beer to zero removes it from your public listing instantly.
We review every application to make sure the shop is genuinely independent and offers a quality selection. We're not looking for volume — we're looking for shops that care about what they sell.
